The Port Authority of New Caledonia is the public institution that has the mission of ensuring the administration, maintenance, operation and development of the port of Noumea and port facilities. Representing the actors of the maritime, port and industrial port activities of New Caledonia, the UMEP defends and participates in the improvement of the passage of goods on the port of Noumea.
