GIPANC
New Caledonia Port and Airport IT Management
GIPANC is a company created on 11 April 2013 in Nouméa by the founders of UMEP. It brings together professionals related to port and airport activity:
- Marine Agents
- Cargo Handlers/Dockers
- Carriers
- Freight Forwarders
- Marine pilots
The main mission of the company is the purchase, development and operation of all systems and processes involving the automation of the processing of documents necessary for the passage of goods for the use of port and airport operators of New Caledonia.
The company may participate in all actions: financial, commercial, industrial, securities and real estate transactions related to the main mission.
GIPANC deployed AP+ in 2013, the Cargo Community System.
In 2021, CI5 replaced AP+.
